Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years in a partnerships role, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry, with a track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating and managing implementation for API or SDK based partner integrations.
  • Strong understanding of consumer internet tech-stack and tech ecosystem partners, particularly within media and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing complex deals and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize partnership performance against business goals.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
  • Co-lead partner evaluation meetings, draft partnership planning documents including integration overviews, goals and timelines
  • Manage joint customer mapping and engagement
  • Proactive meeting preparation; understand the technical details of each partnership and ensure all team members are aligned before going in. Ensure TollBit and our partners present a cohesive message to joint customers.
  • Technical issue resolution: Bridge gaps where partners have conflicting data or technical concerns
  • Implementation: Work with relevant product and engineering teams to implement the deals you execute and ensure delivery against technical requirements.
  • Track progress on integration work (internal and external) and report to XFN stakeholders and partners to keep everyone on track
  • Manage referral programs: track referral based relationships in both directions and report internally on progress
  • Run regular QBRs and partner check ins
  • Enablement & Go-to-Market: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives, ensuring TollBit’s solutions are well-positioned in the marketplace through collaborative efforts. Work with internal comms and marketing teams on proactive external initiatives (web page / blog updates, social campaigns etc)
  • Collaborative Deal Structuring: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to structure win-win partnership agreements that align with TollBit’s goals and deliver value to partners.

Arc XP has partnered with TollBit to help publishers monitor, control and monetise AI bot traffic accessing their content. The integration enables real-time AI bot detection and creates a structured pathway for publishers to generate revenue from AI-driven content access. Through the Arc XP dashboard, publishers can monitor AI scraping patterns, identify and classify AI bots in real-time, block access if desired, and redirect AI bots to TollBit's Bot Paywall to enforce access rules and pricing. Arc XP provides the native edge-integration and policy-control layer, whilst TollBit manages agent authentication, programmatic licensing and monetisation. The integration is available to Arc XP publishers using the company's Edge Integration Framework and requires activation of a TollBit account. Participation in monetisation programmes is optional and configurable.
