Requirements
  • B.S., M.S in a STEM field or equivalent experience is acceptable
  • Experience working in a network operations center, mission control or similar operations environment
  • Experience with incident management or incident commander role, reacting and responding to anomalous activity and/or escalate accordingly
  • Experience with documenting and logging daily and off nominal activities
  • Metric analysis and data correlation to past or present system impact
  • Experience creating and maintaining operations process and procedure
  • The ability to read and understand python scripting and utilize a command line interface
  • General understanding of RF principles and modulation
  • Ability to work a flexible and variable work schedule
  • Help mentor new ROC employees and assist in training and developing the ROC Team
  • Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location. The base salary range for this position $90,000 - 125,000
  • ITAR REQUIREMENTS
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. More information regarding ITAR can be found at DDTC's website here
