Overview of Opportunity:

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager with Business Development (BD) experience to join our team on-site in Arlington, Virginia. TST is rapidly growing and we are looking for experienced individuals who have strong connections to the Federal Government Defense and Intel space to help drive solutions to some of the industry’s most complex challenges.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Meeting with internal teams and business unit BD leads to discuss leads, partnering to enhance existing relationships to expand current contracts
Managing the growth and operational efficiencies of our local and remote staff
Documenting and reporting on the state of your assigned projects
Creating, managing and maintaining project plans, schedules, cost, and risk management
Following business procedures and practices, and helping create workflows and training for TSE team members
Build strategic relationships with customers and partners to establish a pipeline of offerings for TSE and across the entire TST organization

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or additional years of relevant working experience
10+ years’ of program/project management experience with Federal Government projects
5+ years’ of experience in a technical field related to electronics and/or CNO
Solid experience in business development practices (capture, shaping, proposals, etc.)
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Nice If You Have:

Experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
PMP Certification, MBA, or demonstrated experience in these fields
Previous experience working at one or more of following agencies or programs: DoD, DARPA, NSA, FBI, CIA, DOJ, DHS

Clearance requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
