Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management, ideally within an eCommerce or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc) and influencer ecosystems.
  • Strong copywriting, briefing, and storytelling skills with an eye for what performs well across platforms.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for trend-spotting and innovative content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • German fluency is a must.
Responsibilities
  • Own and grow our official social media channels, including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across European markets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage creators and KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Create campaign briefs and content guidelines that drive consistent, high-performing content.
  • Develop a centralised content calendar across platforms and markets, working closely with design and creative teams.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies.
  • Track and analyse performance across influencer and social media campaigns, using data to optimise and report ROI.
  • Align strategies and execution with internal business partners and regional teams, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
