Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver compensation frameworks and structures
  • Ensure programs are in compliance with compensation laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
  • Conduct internal pay equity and fairness analysis
  • Generate quarterly equity grant submissions for the Board
  • Support the production of board materials related to compensation
  • Analyze HR metrics and report to the People Ops team and leaders
  • Support stakeholders with compensation recommendations and analyses
  • Work on cross-functional total rewards projects
