Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in the Electrophysiology market
  • Full valid driving license, willingness and ability to travel
  • Advanced knowledge in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and IT systems
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, good communication skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design techniques
  • Knowledge of EP Map/Nav systems
  • IBHRE certification (The International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners) or equivalent
  • Experience in simulation/VR/AI
  • Ability to speak another language apart from English
Responsibilities
  • Analyse the territory needs and development of a T&E (training and education) plan accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the local team to address customers and internal needs
  • Manage local training centres and create new training centres, this includes KOL (key opinion leaders) management
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department on common projects to support the business goals
  • Support product launches in WE (Western Europe), sporadically outside of WE
  • Develop new training formats
