Responsibilities
  • Inspire your team to achieve sales goals by fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and groom account executives to excel in deal qualification (MEDDPICC preferred), value-based selling, negotiation strategy and pipeline velocity
  • Roll up your sleeves and work closely with your team to qualify opportunities, guide deals through the pipeline and close business, ultimately meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Encourage proactive pipeline generation and empower your team to leverage productivity tools and data-driven insights for success
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other peers to align strategies and achieve organizational outcomes
  • Drive transformation by championing new strategies, fostering alignment across teams and ensuring seamless adoption of change initiatives
  • Use tools like Clari, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense to identify pipeline opportunities and risks while tracking market trends
  • Be a brand ambassador who promotes our solutions and builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
