  • Four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience
  • Eighteen months of supervision of other attorneys

Responsibilities
  • Serve as OCME liaison to the NYC Office of Labor Relations
  • Collaborate with DCAS and OLR for accuracy and compliance in title specifications
  • Aid in writing standard operating procedures and agency policies
  • Initiate and complete classification projects
  • Oversee labor relations for the agency
  • Lead professional development training team
  • Monitor and ensure personnel compliance
  • Oversee creation of ad-hoc reports and special projects
  • Serve as lead for Human Resources in absence of Assistant Commissioner
  • Perform other duties as required
