Requirements
  • 5+ years of brokerage experience working with Enterprise accounts in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for shippers, managing relationships with key decision makers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each shipper’s business needs, challenges, and goals to tailor Uber Freight's solutions accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing shippers, drive revenue growth, and improve customer sentiment and retention.
  • Lead and develop contract pricing strategy, partnering with our Pricing teams to execute renewal opportunities, while owning Salesforce opportunity execution and pipeline hygiene.
  • Develop strategy for real-time pricing channels and leverage internal data to drive decision-making.
  • Manage high level customer communications and escalations, proactively reaching out to ensure that service and operations are being executed at a high level.
  • Create content and lead regular business reviews with the customers in your portfolio.

Uber Freight Completes Acquisition of Transplace

The combination of trusted services and technology solutions will reduce friction across the supply chain and enable a new era of logistics management.
