How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead shift operations by coordinating essential resources and personnel to ensure seamless, high-quality radiation therapy delivery.
• Support clinical excellence by serving as a primary technical expert, working alongside the team to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
• Create professional growth pathways by overseeing the orientation, training, and ongoing development of therapists to build a highly skilled clinical team.
• Develop CyberKnife competencies and clinical pathways to establish a specialized center of excellence for advanced radiation treatment.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• One or more of the following:
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiation Therapy credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiation Therapist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
  experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy.
• 10+ years experience.
• Insurance and billing knowledge.
