Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience is required.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- Knowledge of 10-key operation and currency counting equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in written and verbal forms.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office equipment.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with business contacts.
- Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including balancing, bending, carrying and lifting 10 pounds, climbing, driving, flexibility, hearing, kneeling, vision, pushing and pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, typing, and walking.
- Ability to work in the listed environments, including confined, restricted, indoor, and outdoor areas; varied noise, temperature, dust, fumes, smoke, wet or humid conditions; hazardous conditions; fast-paced work; and working alone or with others.
- Ability to perform analytical, clerical, comprehension, decision-making, customer service, judgment, organizational, mathematical, reading, repetitive, writing, and deadline-driven tasks, including work under pressure and long hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist with oversight and collection of cash, tickets, and tokens from slot machines, cashless wagering kiosks, parking kiosks, satellite banking kiosks, arcade games, and other revenue areas.
- Count, sort, strap, rack, transport, and record funds in the count operation.
- Operate all programs and equipment used in the drop and count process.
- Plan and strategize to maintain an efficient and secure count-team operating environment when the Count Team Manager is absent.
- Assist with oversight and participate in processing and counting cash, chips, tokens, and tickets from games and revenue areas.
- Manage Count Team staff, including scheduling and training.
- Maintain a clean and organized count room.
- Maintain drops and count equipment through adequate cleaning and maintenance.
- Produce and maintain accurate Count Team data.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
