Role Overview
As the Consumption Adoption Analyst, you will focus on driving innovation through data analytics and insights, engaging in requirement gathering, and building business intelligence front ends while creating and managing semantic models. You will also conduct training sessions for end-users, developers, and administrators to ensure successful project implementation and user adoption. Your ability to collaborate within a matrix structure will be key as you report to both functional and product managers.
What will you do in this role
Involves requirement gathering, discovery, estimation, and building business intelligence front ends and database-related back-end work.
Delivers various types of trainings for end-users, developers, admins and conducts support activities for the projects delivered.
Contribute to adoption of existing Technology Engineering community practices within the products where you work.
Work within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to both the functional manager and the Product manager.
What should you have
Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
4+ years of hands-on experience working with the following or similar technologies – Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Data Modeling, SQL knowledge, and cloud data ware/lake houses like Databricks, AWS Redshift, etc.
Communication: Effective communication at different levels, including supporting development work, hypercare, trainings, user onboardings, and requirements gathering with senior people.
