CareATC partners with employers to run on-site or near-site primary and urgent care clinics at or near the workplace. Clinics provide primary care, urgent care, health screenings, wellness coaching, and disease management, funded by employer subscriptions or fee-for-service so employees pay little or no co-pays. The clinics bring care directly to the workplace, focusing on preventive care and proactive management to lower medical costs and reduce downtime. The goal is to improve employee health, increase productivity, and reduce absenteeism by making affordable, convenient care available through employer-sponsored programs.
