Requirements
  • A highly motivated self-starter
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (I.E. NIST CSF and NIST 800:53)
  • Hands-on experience with the rigor required to achieve compliance with cybersecurity frameworks
  • Experience with one or more of the following frameworks: Texas RAMP, State RAMP or Fed RAMP
  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years in cybersecurity role or RAMP experience
  • A solid understanding of and interest in IT and cybersecurity concepts
  • Strong teamworking, excellent communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to influence others outside of your own department
Responsibilities
  • Establishing processes and procedures required to meet Texas RAMP administrative requirements
  • Working collaboratively with Information Technology and business teams to drive and measure compliance with Texas RAMP
  • Ensuring PMO documentation is kept up-to-date and in alignment with current Texas RAMP requirements
  • Working with the Texas Department of Information Resources to ensure State Street’s ongoing compliance to RAMP standards and to maintain a good working relationship with them
  • Driving continuous process improvement year over year
