Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of medical device experience in marketing communications, campaign development and management, healthcare marketing, medical device marketing, or a related commercial marketing role.
  • A proven track record developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns, managing multiple integrated campaigns from strategic definition through MLR approval, launch, field activation, and post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong project-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple deadlines, owners, agencies, approvals, and dependencies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate expectations, facilitate decisions, give actionable creative feedback, and present recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience understanding and interfacing with healthcare professionals and/or field sales organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Hands-on experience managing organic and paid social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including campaign setup, content publishing, audience targeting, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Experience with Veeva or a comparable medical, legal, and regulatory quality system, and familiarity with promotional review requirements in medical-device or regulated industries.
  • Ability to diagnose business or customer problems, define campaign briefs and audience journeys, set direction, and own execution through launch and optimization.
  • Ability to write clear, focused, audience-specific, strategically reasoned, and actionable creative briefs.
  • Experience leading agency kickoffs, reviewing creative work, managing feedback, and holding partners to strategy, branding, and timing.
  • Ability to connect content, print, email, social, web, events, and sales enablement into one coordinated launch plan.
  • Ability to translate campaign strategy into practical field tools, rollout communications, and resources on HighSpot for sales and distributor partners.
  • Ability to translate research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and performance data into clear marketing decisions.
  • Hands-on ability to build, launch, and measure digital and email tactics, including social and HubSpot email campaigns.
  • Ability to manage detailed launch and event plans, dependencies, timelines, field communication, lead follow-up, and measurement.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require, with up to 20-30% travel.
Responsibilities
  • Translate customer needs, business objectives, competitive challenges, and content gaps into marketing communications campaigns for the Extremities business.
  • Develop and execute campaigns and product launches initiated by Extremities Product Marketing.
  • Author campaign creative briefs covering customer insight or problem, message, proof points, call to action, channel strategy, deliverables, success metrics, timeline, and budget parameters.
  • Lead agency kickoff sessions and serve as the day-to-day campaign owner.
  • Guide agency and internal creative partners through campaign concepting, copy development, design review, MLR preparation, production, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate technical product information, clinical evidence, surgeon feedback, and field insights into audience-appropriate messaging and campaign concepts.
  • Own post-launch campaign performance reviews by consolidating metrics, field feedback, and agency learnings, documenting improvements, and applying insights to the next campaign cycle.
  • Develop and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns across print, social, digital, email, video, web, events, and sales enablement resources.
  • Manage the workflow for Veeva/MLR submissions, annotations, version control, routing, tracking, and final approved-file management.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Sales to develop differentiated value propositions and compliant promotional messaging.
  • Organize, maintain, and deploy Extremities campaign and sales-enablement content in HighSpot.
  • Use HighSpot and campaign analytics to identify adoption, usage, content gaps, and opportunities to improve field activation, and recommend actions.
  • Support or lead qualitative and quantitative research on surgeon and customer needs, campaign response, competitive perceptions, and field opportunities.
  • Analyze research, campaign performance, field feedback, and customer insights and translate them into campaign, messaging, content, and targeting decisions.
  • Maintain a prioritized Extremities campaign and content pipeline based on commercial priorities, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, evidence milestones, product launches, and market gaps.
  • Plan, develop, and execute social media, website, email, and texting campaign tactics.
  • Monitor digital key performance indicators including social engagement, reach, click-through rate, lead conversion, email performance, and content usage, and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate on website strategy, search engine optimization priorities, landing pages, campaign pages, and content updates supporting Extremities and Trauma growth objectives.
  • Manage Kuros Extremities website content and ensure pages reflect current messaging, approved claims, product offerings, and campaign priorities.
  • Build and deploy HubSpot email campaigns for distributor partners and appropriate surgeon audiences.
  • Support marketing execution for priority Extremities trade shows, including event graphics, collateral, advertising, and pre- and post-show communications.
  • Partner with the Marketing Communications Director and Events team to deliver event marketing content and support follow-up and performance reporting.
  • Support marketing content and execution for education and advocacy events.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications Director, Marketing Communications peers, and Extremities Product Managers and Directors to align positioning, launch priorities, campaign timing, claims, and cross-portfolio messaging.
