Requirements
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read engineered drawings and use estimating tools such as Planswift.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in the waterworks or construction industry.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop, coordinate, and implement sales strategies for project bids and tenders; gather pre- and post-tender feedback; and manage project follow-ups.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans and delivery schedules, track progress against deadlines, and ensure alignment with project objectives and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and contribute to project tasks to support timely execution.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, provide administrative and logistical support, record key actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Manage project take-offs, bid preparation, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing and technical details.
  • Facilitate quotation reviews with Account Managers before quote release.
  • Maintain the quotation tracker and ensure its data is current and accessible to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess project risks and issues, and propose and implement solutions to maintain project momentum and mitigate disruptions.
Desired Qualifications
  • A diploma or certificate in Project Coordination, Estimating, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the waterworks or construction industry.
