You Will:
- Provide Technical leadership for the Client Impact organization following strict Project Office and PMI protocol in order to provide for optimal customer experience with high customer satisfaction
- Implement and adhere to robust technical standards and processes
- Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge
- Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant specifications and standards
- Act as the primary contact for technical issues during implementation
- Provide leadership focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top technical talent
- Establish team goals, track through reporting to ensure optimal results
- Stay up to date with current and pending laws/regulations pertinent to the industry, while participating in external associations as appropriate
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of the meaningful implementation metrics driving the Company business
- Assist Sales to highlight the implementation process, and ready the customer for a successful implementation starts, during the sales process
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Support strategic initiatives such as Company technology deployment and support strategies, training requirements and execution, and technical support processes to improve customer retention
- Perform other tasks and duties as necessary
What You Will Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of management experience, Healthcare Industry preferred
- Passion in driving Client Impact to the next level
- Desktop Support team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people and get results through others
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Ability to travel nationally up to 30%
- Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, imagination, and patience

Even though this is a remote role, you may need to travel onsite. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000- 115,000.
