Requirements
- 5+ years experience in management consulting, business operations, or go-to-market roles at high-growth startups
- Strategic thinking and results delivery: proven track record of identifying problems, prioritizing when and how to fix them, and improving key metrics
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving
- Structured written and verbal communication skills
- Extraordinary project management skills; ability to drive forward multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset and fluency with numbers
- Direct people management experience preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach is a benefit but not absolutely necessary
- Similarly, while we'd expect you to be comfortable manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL or other skills are not required
Responsibilities
- Own outbound lead conversion at brightwheel: work closely with GTM leadership (COO, Head of Sales, VP of Marketing) to identify opportunities to drive step-change improvements across the full journey, from lead origination to closed-won
- Partner with our Data Operations team to develop an industry-leading understanding of the ECE landscape, identifying each ECE provider in our target market and learning as much as we can about their business before - and during - our sales outreach
- Partner with our engineering, analytics, and systems operations team to efficiently deliver data & insights on the health and performance of our lead pool
- Establish and manage key relationships with external partners and 3rd party vendors to support sourcing and enrichment efforts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with B2B SaaS Sales and Lead Generation & Development is a plus
