Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in an industrial environment as a Maintenance or Reliability Specialist (or equivalent)
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to engage, develop, and lead work groups to achieve plant goals
  • Commitment to creating a safe, cooperative, and productive work environment
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with maintenance, facilities, and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and maintainability
  • Develop engineering solutions to address repetitive failures and operational issues
  • Provide technical support to maintenance and technical teams
  • Investigate equipment failures, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective actions to meet product quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Lead root cause and breakdown analyses using methods such as 5-Why and Cause Mapping
  • Train and coach teams on reliability principles and continuous improvement
  • Lead the development of preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs, including: Oil analysis, vibration analysis, infrared imaging, motor current analysis, ultrasound analysis, Laser alignment, lubrication routes, roll management, torquing, calibration, Preventive maintenance optimization, Asset care planning
  • Prepare and/or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts, and graphs
  • Provide technical training on plant systems and functions
  • Assemble and review bid analyses, making recommendations as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or SMRP certification
