  • Own GPS-wide governance design and ongoing management which includes the processes and architecture for GPS divisional decision-making governance forums, forum charters, roles/ responsibilities, escalation paths and information flows
  • Develop and maintains a GPS business process management framework in close collaboration with Operational Excellence and OpUs/functions
  • Serve as proxy 'chief-of-staff' to coordinate all GPS LT and S&BE LT meetings
  • Take action to ensure operational health. In collaboration with functions and OpUs, define and monitor performance metrics (including org and operating model metrics) across GPS to maintain visibility into overall performance and identify emerging challenges and improvements
  • Enable the GPS leadership team by orchestrating GPS LT governance meetings and performance reviews and coordinating regular goal setting and strategic planning through the prep process, logistical support and facilitation
  • Ensure continuous improvement mindset is applied to develop perspectives on areas for improvement across governance, operational performance, and business processes
  • Apply digital and analytical tools to stream-line, simplify, and improve speed and quality of decision-making
  • Initiate OpU, functional, or divisional-level improvements; support improvement process through implementation by leading deployment and pull-through
  • Ensure integration of communication strategy for robust governance implementation and translation of GPS strategy across division
