- Bachelor's Degree (Physics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or related field)
- Exceptional people and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Conceptual understanding of when peak recruiting seasons are for intern and new-grad talent
- Ability to analytically think about and evaluate technical and non-technical skill sets
- Experience with in-house university recruiting for engineering, software, or technology roles
- General interest in learning about engineering challenges
- Curiosity for technology, electronics, and hardware/software systems
- Comfort with interfacing directly with engineering hiring managers and executives
- Experience with at least one ATS system (preferably Greenhouse or a related system)
- Excellent analytical and planning capabilities, with creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with the different engineering student organizations that we target for outreach and events
- Applicant must be willing to work 40 hours a week on-site in El Segundo, CA
- Applicant must be eligible to work on ITAR projects

- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Assist in the development and execution of our hiring process for intern and new-grad roles
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities and key engineering student organizations (FSAE, Baja, IEEE, SWE, etc.)
- Have ownership over university outreach and facilitate university recruiting events and activities (design reviews, information sessions, etc.)
- Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics across the company for intern roles
- Review resumes for intern and new-grad candidates
- Produce reports and analytics for hiring and recruiting meetings
- Extend offers to intern candidates and participate in the negotiation of offers for new-grad candidates
- Iterate on existing infrastructure for university recruiting and outreach
- Support and attend interviews and make sure candidates have a great interview experience
- Manage third-party university recruiting pipelines (Handshake, Simplicity, etc.)
- Partner with the Recruiting and People Operations teams on DEI initiatives and inclusivity strategies
