  • 3+ years of experience with user centered design
  • 2+ years of experience with mockup design tools, including Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or Figma
  • 1+ years of experience with using and developing in design systems and using CSS, LESS, or SCSS
  • Experience in user-centered design processes and engaging with users to gather qualitative and quantitative research data
  • Experience with working in an Agile environment
  • Experience in engaging with customers to interpret requirements and architect solutions
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to understand clients’ vision and their users’ needs
  • Act as a storyteller, translating research into actionable user insights
  • Lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including information architecture, interface design, and product implementation and development
  • Advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements while keeping the end-user at the center of your work
