Requirements
  • 2 – 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in a consulting environment
  • 2 – 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong technical design skills and an ability to deliver client driven solutions
  • Motivated to learn new software as a service (SaaS) technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required
  • Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is required
  • Development experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML language is desired
Responsibilities
  • Create custom developments that are highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained
  • Analyze, code, implement and test customized software applications built on Salesforce’s Force.com platform
  • Code custom developed Salesforce functionality using Salesforce API, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Promptly and completely resolve issues, aligning both business and technical considerations, and participate in the execution of test plans, ensuring quality solutions are delivered
  • Work closely with analysts and architects to help identify and plan long-term roadmaps based on these platforms
  • Be an expert in multiple pieces of these diverse platforms and effectively integrate the platforms with external systems through common integrations patterns using APIs, ETL tools and service technologies
  • We highly value Salesforce certifications and will support and encourage your continued development

  • Salesforce Certifications (App Builder, Dev I, Dev II, Admin) preferred
  • College degree preferred
