- Proven experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
- Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Coordinate and manage shipping schedules and logistics.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including labels, bills of lading, and customs forms.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Optimize shipping processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience with international shipping and customs regulations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
