Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a law firm, bailiff's office, or the collections department of a banking institution.
  • A Bac+4/5 degree in litigation law, banking law, corporate law, or business law.
  • Strong analytical abilities and legal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A good level of English is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in valuing portfolios under evaluation.
  • Analyze and update debtor-client files upon their integration.
  • Determine and implement a collections strategy for each case.
  • Conduct negotiations, prioritizing an amicable outcome in coordination with the dedicated amicable-collections team.
  • Implement measures necessary to maintain or obtain guarantees, including mortgages, pledges, liens, and sureties.
  • Manage external attorneys and validate their submissions.
  • Draft settlement agreements and monitor their proper execution.
  • Manage and monitor enforcement proceedings, collective proceedings, and the obtaining of enforceable titles.
  • Act in compliance with the legal framework and ethical rules governing collections activity.
