Responsibilities
  • Responsible for exploring, building and driving new Payer solutions within the U.S. market.
  • Explore various commercial models and viability with key payer types (commercial payers, self-funded payers etc) within the U.S. market (non-government). Works in partnership with Market Access to deliver.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US healthcare payer landscape. Analyze competitor offerings and industry dynamics to inform a strategy and execution plan.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key payers, and managed care organizations in the U.S. Establish partnerships and collaborations that enhance the company's presence and influence within the payer space.
  • Work with the relevant teams required to build solutions that streamline and improve treatment for sleep and respiratory care patients.
  • Lead contract negotiations with payers (as required). Work with Legal, Finance, Market Access teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and lead pilots to develop and prove out payer offers and programs.
  • Bring together cross-functional groups of capabilities at the right time to execute various stages of the Payer Development strategy.
  • Work in close partnership with the Sales organization to drive value for customers.
