Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in at least one of the following areas: operating model strategy, mergers and acquisitions, technology value and cost take-out, or technology-enabled revenue growth strategy.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience developing business cases, strategic assessments, and executive-level recommendations.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams and managing complex workstreams, including planning and structuring analytical work, facilitating executive and client workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of strategy consulting experience at a leading consulting firm or in an internal consulting role.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive strategic conversations at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients define transformation roadmaps, operating models, and technology-enabled growth strategies.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership, market insights, assets, and intellectual capital aligned to emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence, digital core modernization, cloud, platform transformation, and technology operating model evolution.
  • Drive business development activities, including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, developing proposals and statements of work, and supporting pursuit strategy and client presentations.
  • Guide clients through complex decision-making and transformation initiatives, facilitating alignment across executive stakeholders and navigating ambiguity, organizational resistance, and competing priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing business cases, value realization strategies, and operating models enabled by disruptive technologies and artificial intelligence-driven capabilities.
  • Provide executive-level oversight and quality assurance across strategic analyses, recommendations, and client deliverables, ensuring clear linkage between technology investments and business outcomes.
  • Coach teams on effective use of artificial intelligence-enabled tools for research, synthesis, modeling, and analysis while applying critical judgment to validate outputs and recommendations.
  • Contribute to practice growth through capability building, recruiting, mentoring, and development of high-performing teams.
