Requirements
  • Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred.
  • Leadership skills including ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
  • Customer focus with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize new car inventory, ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations, fostering relationships and long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
  • Training & Development: Mentor, coach, and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
