Responsibilities
  • Provide internal and external customer service with courtesy and respect.
  • Process all customer transactions.
  • Learn bank products and services by attending staff meetings and training.
  • Cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Offer the free checking promotion through High Performance Growth.
  • Support branch management in promoting “big days” by creating a theme based on the current free gift.
  • Work with night drops and courier bags in dual control.
  • Greet customers entering the branch by acknowledging them with a smile or gesture.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance to support in-person customer contact.
  • Maintain regular on-site attendance during standard business hours.
  • Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities that support the bank’s mission and values.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control requirements.
  • Complete assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by the due date.
  • Represent the bank professionally through confidentiality, punctuality, flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to bank and customer needs.
  • Perform duties indoors in a climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
  • Sit; use hands in repetitive motions to finger, grasp, handle, or feel; and talk or hear during work.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, and lift or reach with hands and arms.
