  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a diverse team of Operations Support Managers, Specialists, and Racking team leader, setting the strategic talent agenda and implementing targeted development plans to build leadership bench strength and succession planning
  • Responsible for project planning, anticipating in-process timelines, and communicating with stakeholders; accomplish project plans on time, within budget, meet all stakeholder requirements; bring the project to a successful close, create an end-of-project report, hold project completion meetings and activities, and capture learning experiences
  • Lead the development, deployment and governance of standardized processes, standard operating procedures and best practices across the supply chain network; identify operational inefficiencies and drive enterprise level solutions that improve performance; establish and oversee the execution of plans delivering critical business outcomes aligned with strategic priorities
  • Work across organizational functions to drive results by collaborating, negotiating, and planning with key stakeholders such as logistics, fulfillment operations, and inventory planning teams to ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with Optimization leaders to build and sustain a culture that drives a great, memorable, and easy customer experience for supply chain and store operations partners
  • Ensure Federal, State, and Local regulations (e.g., OSHA, CDL, DOT and MHE) are followed in all fulfillment centers and fulfillment warehouses; proactively identify risk behaviors and lead safety initiatives with site leadership; embed a culture of safety and accountability across all fulfillment operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years Koerber experience, or equivalent WMS and LMS/WFM system experience preferred
  • 1-3 years Developing ROI’s and Business cases for submission and approval preferred
  • Travel up to 75% is listed as a skill but could be considered desirable; include travel requirements if appropriate

From the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 5, to the 18th Annual Holiday Classic presented by Safelite at LTP Daniel Island, there's something for everyone to enjoy this December. Families can kick off the festivities at the Tree Lighting Ceremony, a free event filled with holiday magic. Gates open at 6 p.m., with the official lighting at 7 p.m. The evening features live holiday music by Shane Griffin Entertainment, a snow show, and the chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. Guests can enjoy face painting, caricature art, fairy hair, cookie decorating, holiday cocktails, and hot chocolate, the perfect ingredients for a night of family fun under the twinkling lights. Adding to the holiday spirit, the Delancey Street Foundation will once again be selling fresh Christmas trees in the stadium parking area.
