Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Expertise with machine learning system design, model deployment, and production machine learning systems.
  • Experience engineering production-grade generative AI features with robust validation, sanity checks, and structured outputs to mitigate hallucination and business risk.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Web Services cloud and machine learning operations, including SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, and Identity and Access Management.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and best practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery, test-driven development, and infrastructure as code.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing technical teams.
  • Experience translating business objectives into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including AI risks and measures taken to mitigate them.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • At least 8 years of experience in machine learning or data science, including at least 3 years managing machine learning or data science teams.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical goals and outcomes for the machine learning team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and delivery for machine learning subrogation initiatives.
  • Lead the team to deliver machine learning features using software engineering practices.
  • Establish standards for machine learning development and deployment.

CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $285.9 million, a 10% increase from $260.5 million in the same period last year. The insurance technology company achieved an adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 40%. Chairman and CEO Githesh Ramamurthy highlighted growing customer adoption of AI across the company's platform. He noted that customers are deploying AI operationally to address business challenges, reinforcing the value of CCC's data and workflow capabilities. GAAP net income reached $20.8 million, up from $13.0 million year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA grew 6.8% to $115.5 million from $108.1 million in Q2 2025. The company maintained a 74% gross margin whilst expanding its role connecting participants across the insurance economy.
