Requirements
  • Sales Recruiting Experience: 2+ years of recruiting high volume sales representatives/agents in real estate, mortgage, or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of 1099 employment
  • Demonstrated interest in understanding the needs of hiring managers and candidates
  • Proven ability to set and achieve hiring goals, from application to offer acceptance
  • Passion for recruiting sales professionals and building high-performing teams
  • Solution-minded approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency and clarity
  • Exceptional follow-up skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Responsibilities
  • Work full-time in the market center with the local team to grow and expand our brand and team size quickly.
  • Source candidates through allied resources, online job boards, cold calling, and social media.
  • Attend career fairs, real estate/ networking events weekly to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Prepare, organize, and host Meet & Greets and other networking events at the market center to grow the team.
  • Conduct 60-75 phone screenings per week to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Meet and exceed challenging yet attainable hiring goals and track progress from application to offer acceptance.
  • Over Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Update and maintain applicant workflow in the company's CRM.
  • Respond to all candidate inquiries and communication within 4 business hours.
