  • At least a bachelor's degree and/or 6+ years of demonstrated change management experience or supply chain experience
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP Fieldglass or equivalent SAAS tool for contingent worker record management
Responsibilities
  • Full migration of Intel's CW population to the correct organizational structure with all worker records are correctly mapped and migrated with no business disruption.
  • Be the Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO) business consultant for all processes, requirements and support requests to ensure full consideration of CW system and flows through transformational phases.
  • Connector to internal and external Stakeholders on business impacts and changes.
  • Responsible for Functional User Testing business support and execution for CW tool and boundary applications.
  • Driving and execution of data quality projects to ensure high quality of records in CW Tool and matching to master data sources.
  • Close partnership with the SMEs, IT project manager and workstream leads.
  • Collaborate across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including CW record migrations and system changes, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, change management, supply chain management (or related)
  • Master's degree in business management, change management, supply chain management (or related) with 3+ years of demonstrated change management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Contingent Workforce Sponsor experience, Knowledge of ERP system, SharePoint (admin/site maintenance) and Microsoft Teams experience
