  • Minimum of 8 years' office/and or field experience in construction
  • 4 years as a Construction Manager
  • Expertise in building codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all phases of construction projects
  • Creating and implementing Construction Program/Logistic Plan
  • Ensuring all required permits are obtained
  • Coordinating and monitoring subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assisting in monitoring field inspections
  • Writing RFIs and reviewing shop drawings
  • Leading weekly OAC meetings
  • Maintaining live construction budget
  • Supervising CIM support personnel
  • Examining design documents for issues
  • Reviewing and approving subcontractor invoices
  • Overseeing buyout and procurement
  • Assessing and negotiating with subcontractors
  • Ensuring document organization and distribution
