Requirements
  • A doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) is required.
  • A Florida license is required, or the candidate must be in the process of obtaining one.
  • E-Verify work-authorization verification is conducted through Form I-9.
  • Pre-employment and random drug testing are required under the drug-free workplace policy.
Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
  • Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services only, neuropsychological testing only, or a combination of both services, according to the selected practice scope.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings, and therapeutic strategies.
  • Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing.
  • Work experience in an outpatient setting.
