  • 2-3 minimum years of experience as a digital campaigner and/or organizing grassroots movements
  • Experience with intersectional advocacy work on issues of race, class, and gender
  • Minimum 1 years experience using key tools employed by the 350.org digital team
  • Basic literacy in HTML and CSS
  • Experience managing or supporting advocacy email programs with large lists
  • Proven experience at the intersection of online and offline organizing
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Expertise building and executing strategic campaigns
  • Highly organized and skilled at prioritization
  • Competencies and skills related to racial justice and equity
  • Resilient and flexible team player
  • Flexibility around hours to respond to emergent needs
  • Demonstrated experience in working on teams across differences
Responsibilities
  • Work with the US Digital Team to support long-term digital goals for US campaign work
  • Develop digital strategies and implement campaign plans
  • Craft compelling emails, track metrics and data, produce organic social media content
  • Drive online audiences to take offline action and support mobilization efforts
  • Track and analyze digital metrics
  • Identify, cultivate relationships with partner organizations
  • Support webpage creation and campaign website upkeep
  • Identify and implement new digital tools and platforms
  • Provide on-the-ground digital coverage for key campaign actions
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams on cross-cutting issues
