Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in a related position.

Responsibilities
  • Pull customer data and analytics from dedicated systems to generate product utilization and signal reports.
  • Ensure AMAROK’s National Account Directors have accurate reporting in a timely manner.
  • Champion the utilization of our customer portal (The ROK) and assist with adding users.
  • Open Cases/Work Orders as needed to be triaged out to AMAROK’s field operations.
  • Preparing and Sending Utilization and Signal reports to National Account Directors
  • Preparing QBR presentations and providing associated reporting.
  • Support National Account Special Projects as they are needed(mass user code updates/changes, monitoring changes)
  • Opening Cases/Work Orders as needed.
