Requirements
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management; Understanding of supply chain best practices
  • 3+ years of experience in operations/ supply chain/ project management experience
  • Ideal candidate is someone who has strong knowledge in Semi-Conductor Operations and is analytical strong in solving complex datasets
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills, and work well in a collaborative team environment with multiple sites
  • Capable of managing multiple fast paced projects with aggressive deadline requirements
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, VBA, Tableau, and SQL
  • Great teammate, highly motivated, ambitious, and a quick learner
Responsibilities
  • The individual will be responsible for working with procurement in coordinating all the processes related to the placement of a PO through delivery of the equipment
  • Will run weekly meetings with Purchase Request owners/ Procurement/ Industrial Engineering/ Equipment Engineering teams to prioritize equipment & tools delivery based on demand requirements
  • Individual will be involved in Monthly capex cycles that includes understanding capex requests from requestors, preparing justification slides, calculating ROI of project, and presenting it to management for approval
  • Individual will also be involved annual budgetary planning cycles preparing quarterly capex plan, 1-year capex plan and 5-year capex plan based in inputs from planning and factory IE teams
  • Act as a liaison between capacity planning and test/hardware engineering team to communicate the business needs and new hardware development schedule/ongoing activities
  • The individual will be involved in the capital efficiency initiative analysis on the monthly basis for executive leadership team updates that involves working with cross functional teams such as PETE, factory IEs, procurement, finance and suggesting areas for capex reduction and new initiatives
  • The individual will drive process improvement to reduce the cycle time required from CAPEX approval to PO placement to projected equipment production release
