Requirements
  • 3+ years designing consumer-focused tech across various platforms (web, mobile, apps, etc)
  • Killer portfolio demonstrating highly-polished visual design sense, clean command over interaction design, typography, and usability
  • Fluency in Figma, prototyping, and working with design systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive with strong time-management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work individually and collaboratively across teams
Responsibilities
  • Deliver highly-polished visual designs and extend existing design systems
  • Optimize UX/UI patterns for ease of use, following design system guidelines
  • Develop subject-matter expertise and understand user problems, business goals, and competitor solutions
  • Oversee the experience from concept to launch, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content design
  • Balance user needs and business goals effectively
  • Assist and support teammates through collaboration, critique, and feedback
  • Build prototypes to validate designs, iterate, and innovate based on data and findings
  • Take responsibility for every detail and step of the way
