Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing Strategy & Planning, Analytics, or a similar role at a B2B, SaaS company
  • 8+ years in managing Marketing budgets and resource allocation
  • Deep understanding of key drivers of business and marketing strategy (pipeline and revenue analytics, investment ratios, funnel metrics, martech foundation)
  • Exceptional analytical skills, experience defining metrics, performance data analysis, identifying trends, and measuring impact
  • Proven experience in building a holistic Marketing strategy and supporting execution within a high-growth, global company
  • Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functionally and geographically distributed teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • BS/BA or equivalent required
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Digital & Web SVP in spearheading the development of the annual and quarterly planning process
  • Partnering with Digital & Web leadership to drive the prioritization of marketing investments and align budget owners on trade-off decisions
  • Supporting the Digital & Web SVP with the quarterly business review (QBR) process and delivering insights on Digital & Web performance
  • Building and owning budget management for Web & Digital, including annual and quarterly planning
  • Regularly informing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, GTM Strategy & Planning of deeply analytical insights on Digital & Web performance
  • Partnering with data scientists, data engineers, and Marketing practitioners to identify new variables to improve depth and accuracy
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to Digital & Web leaders and providing recommendations on operational improvements
  • Playing a key role in driving complex, cross-functional, global initiatives and the success of the Digital Transformation initiative
