Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or equivalent fields with a minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, tracking logs, basic reporting).
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience in invoicing and financial coordination, including tracking subconsultant invoices and maintaining invoice and billing logs.
  • Experience managing and tracking Requests for Information and submittals.
  • Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness; strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Invoicing and financial coordination; support monthly invoicing activities by gathering backup, organizing information, and assisting with reviews.
  • Assist with tracking subconsultant invoices and coordinating documentation.
  • Maintain invoice and billing logs to support timely processing.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors; communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Manage time effectively with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience managing and tracking RFIs and submittals.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up proactively.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • 0-3 years’ experience in a leadership role in project controls; 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role is beneficial.
  • Experience in leadership or supervisory roles within project controls.
  • Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam and other project management software is preferred.
  • Hybrid work schedule flexibility and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting/project-based environment.
