As a System Administrator, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functioning for over 100 applications and services.
- Manage workflows and configurations to meet stakeholder needs.
- Develop light automation tasks, SQL queries, and API interactions for reporting and data management.
- Serve as an escalation point for the Client Services team.
Qualifications;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow
- Ability to take ownership of applications and ensure proper utilization
- Knowledge of floating networking license management tools like FlexLM, RLM, etc.
- Understanding of the application purchasing process and lifecycle management
- Experience with Windows/Linux
- Proficiency with Ticketing system: ServiceNow
- Automation, SQL queries, and API Interactions
- Collaboration with stakeholders on features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $116,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
