As an Application Administrator, you will:

Be responsible for administrating and overseeing the performance of our platforms and applications while ensuring optimal functionality. This role involves developing applications, receiving and managing feature requests, and handling integration and migration projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and monitor application performance.
Develop and maintain applications, handling feature requests and managing the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders on features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Manage workflows and configurations to meet stakeholder needs.
Develop light automation tasks, SQL queries, and API interactions for reporting and data management.
Serve as an escalation point for the Client Services team.
Understand and manage the application purchasing process and lifecycle management.
Maintain proficiency with ticketing systems and support platforms other than ServiceNow.
Work closely with the Client Services team to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
MUST HAVE an Engineering Degree
Proven ability to take ownership of applications and ensure their proper utilization.
Understanding of the application purchasing process and lifecycle management.
Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
Proficiency with ticketing systems.
Experience in automation, SQL queries, and API interactions.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders on features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to serve as an escalation point for the Client Services team.
A good personality for cross-functional collaboration.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $116,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
