Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CPA) a bonus.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related fields, with direct experience in both startup and manufacturing operations.
  • Proven track record of successful financial management in dynamic settings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, embracing change and uncertainty.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross functional leaders.
  • Excellent analytical mind with verbal and written skills to effectively distill and communicate information.
  • Must be available to work onsite.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of tools, systems and processes that will support the financial management objectives of a fast-growing company through the development and maintenance of financial and operational models for the budgeting and production planning requirements.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational results, performing variance analysis and presenting findings to the CFO and senior management as appropriate.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, collaborating with management and the Finance Team To ensure accurate inputs and integration of capital plans.
  • Working with the VP Finance, prepare inputs into monthly board packages and other financial reporting requirements as requested by the CFO and CEO
  • Drive continuous improvement through the use of effective FP&A tools and AI to enhance budgeting process, insight generation and timely report production.
  • Support the Finance Team in the production of monthly financial reports.
  • Develop insightful reports to support management decisions, including establishing and monitoring financial and operational KPIs.
  • Mentor and lead the FP&A team, fostering a culture of insightful analysis, accountability and collaboration.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment on SRTX’s goals and initiatives.
  • Reviewing the preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis including key financial metrics and variances from historic and forecasted results for presentation to Executive Management as well as individual business units/departments.
