Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent) plus approximately 4 years of related experience
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools and technology
  • All staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the U.S. Government's designated Security Office
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance (Security Clearance eligibility)
  • Location: CONUS/OCONUS Seattle, WA (work shall be conducted at Seattle, WA)
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years (as part of qualifications)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
Responsibilities
  • Support requirements for Program Support and Records Management Administration Specialist activities including records management actions and in the preparation of management plans and reports
  • Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations, and in-process review preparation
  • Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures
  • Coordinate and track document requests following the guidance of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and Federal Records Center (FRC)
  • Coordinate classification reviews as required
  • Submit documents and track in a database
  • Answer customer requests for documents or assistance
  • Prepare expired records for destruction
  • Record receipt and storage including indexing
  • Populate databases
  • Perform database queries
  • Perform quality control of box contents
  • Perform inventory reconciliations
  • Provide classified mail services if required
