Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in large data mining and business reporting
  • Experience in leading complex projects
  • Elevated focus on detail, accuracy, and quality. Proactive self-motivated work ethic.
  • Consistent high performer with ability to meet strict deadlines and key metrics.
  • Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders in a professional and concise manner.

  • Bachelor’s degree from four year college/university with focus in STEM related major (Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics)
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in complex reporting creation in the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with “Value Based Contracting” vs “Fee For Service” models
  • Familiar with multiple data mining software tools.
  • Familiarity with coding languages (VBA, Python, etc).
Responsibilities
  • Involved in new Network team projects, in addition to oversight of all Network Analytics team reporting builds.
  • Support sales and client management, ensuring satisfaction for assigned initiatives that impact the delivery of products and services.
  • Heavily collaborates with internal and external business partners as required in support of initiatives.
  • Functions as a leader for change and innovation.
  • May be responsible for concurrent initiatives or act as project lead for complex projects based on resource requirements.
  • Involved in Network template design/enhancements, new reporting, support for current DG/CTG reporting, maintenance and improvements around market competitiveness reporting and presentations to internal partners and stakeholders.
