Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer
  • Drive new product initiatives from ideation through implementation, launch and iterative enhancements

  • Lead end-to-end product execution, from ideation and design to launch and continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation and excellence with dealerships’ processes through market research and thought leadership

  • Build deep knowledge of the product functionality by leveraging internal resources and through hands-on use
