About Our Team
Our team is composed of Editorial Content & Social experts with a goal to share the magic of live music to fans all over the world via amazing, exclusive content. We capture emotive, unique moments that celebrate artists and delight fans with bespoke storytelling. We do this by collaborating with artists, tour marketers and Creators to plan, create and distribute editorial content that fans can’t see anywhere else and can’t wait to share with their friends.
Who are you?
We are looking for a Social Media & Content-obsessed team member who will support the entire Content Marketing team to deliver always-on editorial storytelling across a variety of Social and marketing channels. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders and personalities while remaining calm under pressure. You are a strong communicator, passionate and motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and bags of initiative. You are passionate about music and being part of a team that connects fans to the artists they love.
The Role
- Helping to maintain our Editorial Content Calendar on a daily basis using a variety of data sources from across the business
- Support our Senior Social Directors and work collaboratively with our Social Media agency for day-to-day management of Social content calendars (FB, IG, TW, TT, YT).
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of music and culture, spotting storytelling opportunities and Social trends to bring to the team for consideration
- Contributing to creative brainstorms including artist pitches, new Social Content series and repeatable formats to live on Social and in PR partnerships
- Helping to organize assets within Box folders from shoots, archive footage and artist-led content provided by various sources
- General team organization support including diarizing team meetings, updating production team contact sheet, and any other ad-hoc requests
- Supporting on Social Content capture at concerts and festivals on a case by case basis.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for.
- Junior or Senior Standing
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment
- Highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Proven knowledge of trends across social media and within each particular social platform
- Researching and educate the wider team on emerging platforms
- Understanding of Social Media and Creative, Influencer marketing and PR
- Understanding of Content production, and ability to self-shoot on-the-fly mobile phone content for concerts and events for our feeds
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
$15.50 USD Hourly
