  • Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and ad hoc improvements across Martech systems like Sales-outreach (Outreach.io, or Salesloft for example), Marketo, scoring, enrichment and deduplication tooling
  • Manage, or assist with data cleanliness, database health reporting, normalization, data cleanup, etc
  • Support the Marketing Operations Manager with designing, building, testing, and deploying multi-month, company-impacting infrastructure projects across the Martech stack
  • Support Lifecycle Marketer specialists and campaign rollouts with persona targeting, segmentation, and where possible, provide best practices input
  • Assist with the evaluation, implementation and enhancement of marketing technologies
  • Responsible for working with the sales enablement team to drive the adoption of our tools
Desired Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of professional experience with Marketing Operations
  • Experience within Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs): Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc. (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM systems, and the sync to MAPs (Salesforce and Marketo preferred)
  • 4-year degree in Information Technology or related field. Degrees in similar areas of study will also be considered
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential
  • Strong desire to learn and understand all aspects of the company's operations and be able to interact directly with other departments
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel 0-10% annually in the U.S. for team meetings, off-sites, etc
