  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a compelling long-term vision for Everbright's tech stack that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee creation of the product roadmaps across teams, ensuring we drive value to our partners and advance toward our D2C vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development and alignment with business objectives.
  • Champion innovation by implementing modern product discovery and delivery methods, and encourage creative thinking within the product management team.
  • Collaborate with other Product Management team members to ensure alignment of goals, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Product Management organization.
  • Oversee multiple agile teams, providing guidance and leadership to ensure efficient and effective product development.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
